How the Encapsulation system works

Most dry soils in a commercial or residential carpet can be readily removed by routine dry vacuuming. However, it´s the oily and sticky soils that attract and hold dry soil to the carpet fibres. The result is a dull, gray, and boring appearance. To effectively remove these soil particles from the carpet fibres, the right amount agitation is needed. Orbital drive technology is the answer. The orbital drive of the Orbot generates hundreds of small oscillations that spin at roughly 1725 revolutions per minute. This orbital drive pattern allows for all sides of the carpet fibres to be agitated and therefore all of the soil will be effectively removed from the carpet fibre. To ensure that the now suspended soils will not stick to the carpet fibre again, a Polymer is needed to trap and encapsulate these soils and soap residue particles. The polymer element in Environ HP will form distinct micro-crystals when it dries. These crystals are the principle vehicles that inhibit re-soiling The HP is an oxygenating element that effectively removes primary stains

"We did one of our banks offices over the weekend which are an issue usually in Winter as everyone closes doors so the next day there is a bit of a whiff but with this it was done, dry and odour free in under an hour."
